Welcome to Olby Design. Since 1980 we have created a large collection of contemporary Swedish produced furniture. Our hope is that our furniture will contribute to simplify, beautify and facilitate everyday life. We produce our furniture by hand, in our own factory in Skövde, in the west of Sweden. We believe that living with a piece of Olby Design furniture should be like a love affair, worn in with care and used with passion. Our aim is for our products to last a lifetime and beyond.

The new storage cabinet SAPPHIRE by Markus Johansson for Olby Design, incorporates a funky and extravagant style. Inspired by Japanese origami SAPPHIRE it offers a mesmerizing pattern that is both contemplative and playful.
